Privacy Policy

Effective 10 October 2026

This policy explains what information the iPhone game Deadeye: Gun Shooting Range ("Deadeye", "the game") handles. Deadeye is made by Vitalijus Ziauga, an independent developer ("I", "me").

In short: I don't ask for your name, email or any account, and I don't collect personal information myself. Your game progress stays on your device. The game shows ads from advertising partners, who may collect device and usage information as described below.

Information stored on your device

Your progress — missions, stars, scores, XP, skills, power-ups and settings — is saved only on your iPhone. I can't see it, and it is removed if you delete the game.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see or receive your payment details. Apple tells the game only which items you own, so they can be unlocked and restored.

Advertising

Deadeye shows ads to keep the game free. Ads are provided by AppLovin and, through its mediation service, other advertising networks. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, these partners may collect information such as:

On first launch you can choose whether to allow tracking. If you decline, you still see ads, but they won't be personalised using your advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where required (for example in the EU and UK), the game asks for your consent before personalised advertising, and you can change your choice later.

These partners process information under their own privacy policies, for example AppLovin's privacy policy.

Device features

The game uses your phone's motion sensors to aim. This data is used only while you play and is never stored or sent anywhere. The optional muzzle-flash effect turns on the flashlight; the camera itself is never turned on.

Analytics and crash reports

If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide me with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. If I add other anonymous usage statistics in a future version, this policy will be updated first.

Children

Deadeye is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Because I don't hold personal information about you, there is usually nothing for me to access or delete. For information collected by advertising partners, you can use the tracking setting above or contact the partner directly. If you have any questions or requests, email me and I'll help.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
