Privacy Policy

Revline ("the app") plays engine sound in your electric car. This policy explains what data the app uses, why, and the choices you have. In short: your location and motion data never leave your phone, we don't show ads, we don't track you across apps, and we never sell data.
Who we are
Revline is published by Vitalijus Žiauga, Lithuania ("we", "us"), the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at any time through the contact link.
Data that stays on your phone
- Location (GPS) and motion sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope). Used only on your device, in real time, to work out your speed and how you accelerate and brake. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
- Drive logs. If "Record drives" is on, the app keeps your last 6 drives on your phone: timestamps, speed, motion-sensor readings and the app's engine state – no GPS coordinates. They leave your phone only if you choose to attach them to a problem report you send us.
- Your settings, favourite engines and the car model you choose.

We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), we do not show ads, and we do not share or sell data to advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
- Turn off analytics: Settings › Notifications & privacy › "Share anonymous usage data" in the app.
- Notifications: Revline does not send notifications and does not ask for permission to send them.
- Location and motion: you can change or revoke access in iOS Settings › Revline. The app needs them to follow your driving.
- Drive logs: switch off "Record drives" in Settings › Help › Drive logs. Deleting the app deletes them.
Legal basis (EU/UK users)
We process purchase data to provide the subscription you bought (contract), analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the app – which you can object to at any time with the switch above – and support messages to answer your request.
How long we keep data
Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for your subscription and as required by tax law. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
International transfers
Google and RevenueCat may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to restrict or object to its processing. Because analytics data isn't linked to your identity, include your app-instance details or the email you contacted us with so we can find it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority – in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
Children
Revline is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
