Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Revline app, published by Vitalijus Žiauga, Lithuania ("we", "us"). By using Revline you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which also applies. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins.

1. Drive safely – entertainment only

• Revline is for entertainment. It does not show your real speed, and nothing it plays or shows should be relied on while driving.
• Set the app up before you drive, mount your phone securely, and never interact with it in a way that distracts you from the road.
• Keep the volume at a level where you can hear emergency vehicles, other road users and your car's own warning sounds.
• You are responsible for following the traffic and noise rules where you drive.

2. Revline Premium purchases

• The Five-Cylinder Turbo engine is free. Revline Premium unlocks every other engine and is offered as a one-time Lifetime purchase or as an auto-renewing weekly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Lifetime is a single payment, charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It never renews, and you can restore it on your devices with Restore Purchases.
• The weekly subscription is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel the weekly subscription any time in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Revline Premium has no free trial or introductory offer.

3. The app and its content

The app, its engine sounds and its design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only through the app for your personal, non-commercial use. Engine names are descriptive; car makes and models are mentioned only as inspiration and are trademarks of their owners, who are not affiliated with and do not endorse Revline.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". Sound and response depend on your phone, its sensors, GPS reception and your car's audio system, and we can't guarantee they'll match your driving at all times or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from use of the app while driving. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is important we'll tell you in the app. You can stop using Revline at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
